At Hijab Haven Store, we strive to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help — within reasonable limits.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags (if applicable).
  • Items such as inner caps, under scarves, hijab pins, or custom orders are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged products
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Hijabs that have been washed, ironed, or altered

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
