1. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of hijabs including chiffon, jersey, silk, cotton, printed, and plain hijabs — along with inner caps, hijab pins, and modest accessories. We occasionally add new seasonal collections too!
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Pakistan and selected international locations. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability and shipping rates.
3. How long does delivery take?
Pakistan: 5–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days (customs may affect delivery time)
We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We recieve Delivery charges in advance through jazzcash, easypaisa and bank account.
And as for as order delivery charges are concerned we accept Cash on Delivery and if you want to pay in advance the full amount, pay us via jazzcash, easypaisa or bank account.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days for unused and undamaged items in original packaging.
However, due to hygiene reasons, inner caps, under scarves, hijab pins, and sale items are non-returnable.

6. What if I received a wrong or damaged product?
We sincerely apologize! Please whatsapp us within 48 hours of receiving your order at +923187694120 with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- Description of the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via whatsapp. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website.
8. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, we love working with resellers, boutiques, and Islamic organizations!

9. Are the hijabs see-through?
Some materials (like chiffon) may be slightly sheer depending on color and fabric thickness. We recommend using an inner cap or underscarf for full coverage and grip.
10. How can I care for my hijabs?
To keep your hijabs in great condition:
- Hand wash or use a gentle cycle
- Air dry only
- Avoid wringing or bleaching
- Iron on low heat if needed (especially with chiffon or silk)
